PURPOSE : This course will provide working knowledge of domestic and international airlines and travel industry as a whole. It covers the work procedures of travel agencies, tour operators, inbound as well as outbound, for both domestic and international tourists. Airport handling procedures of passengers, check-in baggage as well as cargo handling and documentation are also covered in depth, with practical exposure.
