Vishal Mathur has extensive experience in sales, marketing, advertising, channel management and national operations across various industries, over a span of twenty seven years. He has handled sales operations in telecom, capital goods and FMCD sectors. He has spent a major part of his career with the well known Godrej group.
Being a lifelong learner, Vishal has used his creative streak to venture into copy writing with several national advertisement campaigns to his credit. After a successful stint in the corporate sector, he has turned entrepreneur, and is busy with his food manufacturing and retail venture. His love for training and sharing his rich experience has met its match at The Winning Mantra!
Kunal is a Certified Trainer with over 15 years of experience in Learning & Development which includes Corporate Training, Employee Development, Feedback & Coaching along with Communication Training. He brings forth a unique set of knowledge and skills which include an in-depth understanding of training, people management & human psychology. Kunal likes interacting with people from different walks of life and with different cultural backgrounds as it aids him in his quest to ‘understand people’.
Kunal brings with him skills and abilities in leveraging existing systems, innovating solutions and managing projects. Kunal’s training experience spans across BPOs, IT consulting, HR shared services, publications, airlines, hospitality, academics and finance industries. Col (Retd) Aman Bedi has had a glorious career in the Indian Army, before joining the corporate world as a COO of an Indo US software services firm and later serving as the Director of a Higher Education Institution. He has conducted several leadership and management development workshops for corporate managers as well as students.
Aman has pursued several of his interests in the non-technical fields of psychology, past life regression, meditation, hypnotism and spiritualism, helping many people realize their full potential. His calm and hassle free approach to training has made many students his life long fans.

Sanjiva is the Founder of AiVidhya, a social initiative for reskilling underserved sections of society. He is a distinguished academician and IT professional with over 35 years of industry experience. His career includes significant roles such as Asia Pacific Services Delivery Head at IBM, where he supervised IT operations across 17 countries. Prof Dubey has published 15 academic books. His areas of interest and research include emerging technology in management, digital transformation strategy, and Technology Management.
He has also been a Visiting Professor at several prestigious institutions, including BIMTECH, IIM Lucknow, IIM Indore, SP Jain Global Management School, XLRI, IIM Shillong, IIT Delhi and FMS Delhi.
Seema has over 23 years of corporate experience in the Human Resource Management domain, both in medium and large organizations, and in startups. Her areas of expertise span HR Transformation, People Processes and Policies, Change Management, Workplace Culture, Sustainability and Circularity, Corporate Social Responsibility, Gender Sensitization, etc. She has managed and led HR as a business partner function in the BFSI and KPO industries.
Seema has worked tirelessly for the inclusion of women and persons with disabilities through policy interventions in the corporate world. She is an acclaimed expert in the field of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI). She has been invited as a Visiting Professor at reputed B-Schools, and is a counsellor and mentor to corporate professionals at various levels. She loves mentoring and guiding young minds through their personal and professional dilemmas and their journeys through college and corporate lives.
Sudhanshu Hajela, a B.Tech from IIT (BHU) Varanasi and MBA from XLRI, Jamshedpur has 25 years of industry experience in the core manufacturing sector, at senior levels in a wide variety of functions –Techno commercial, Quality, Procurement, HR and Training. He has been a part time faculty at XLRI, Tata Management Development Centre, IGNOU and the Times Group. He is a certified ISO-9000 auditor and facilitator for TQM transformations.
Over the last 15 years, Sudhanshu has mentored, guided and trained thousands of Engineering and B-school students for placement readiness and hundreds of corporate managers on problem solving and critical thinking.
